2. Information collected
When you contact support or purchase, information may include your name, email, phone, order details, shipping and billing addresses, and payment information handled by payment providers. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and secure this website.
When configured and permitted by your preferences, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may process device/browser information, page views, cookie identifiers and advertising interactions. This website does not send form contents, health information or payment card details to advertising tools, and does not enable automatic advanced matching.
3. Purposes and service providers
Information is used to process orders, fulfill shipments, provide support, send transactional notices, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics help measure website use; optional advertising technologies help measure campaigns and support remarketing.
Service providers may include hosting providers, payment processors, ShipOffers, Google and Meta. When advertising tools are enabled, disclosures to advertising partners may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable state law, even where no money is exchanged.
