1. Company and acceptance

Crowned® products are sold by Vitalix LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. Errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. Information may be corrected or updated, and orders may be cancelled if information is inaccurate. Review the current product label, price and checkout terms before purchasing.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

You may be offered a one-time purchase or an optional subscription. One-time purchases are billed once. If you choose a monthly subscription, the checkout price is charged now and every 30 days until you cancel. Renewal notices are sent 5–7 days before the transaction and a receipt after a successful payment.

You may cancel through subscription cancellation or by contacting support@usecrowned.com. Payment providers may receive updated card information from your issuer so renewals can be billed to the updated payment method.

4. Payment

You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. Charges appear under the package name selected at checkout. Review all costs and the purchase type before completing payment.
