Start a return or refund

Email support@usecrowned.com with your order number. The published policy states a response time of 1–2 business days.

Empty bottles are accepted. Contact support to confirm return authorization, packaging instructions and return postage. Obtain written instructions before sending anything.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to display the refund.

Subscriptions

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Already processed charges are handled under the seller’s returns policy. Cancel your subscription.
